3RD ANNUAL ALUMNI CELEBRATION
June 18th - 20th, 2010
Alpine Academy Campus - Erda, Utah

Come and enjoy spending time with your daughter, as well as connecting with other parents and girls. Celebrate the successes, bring back some special memories, and create some more. Be a part of our amazing community.

We have planned fun activities and events for the girls. For the parents, there will be informative workshops and panel/group discussions. Saturday night will be full of food, music, special entertainment, and fun!!

2010 Alpine Academy Alumni Weekend General Agenda

Friday, June 18th

  • 4:00 - Special event for alumni girls
  • 6:00 - dinner for alumni girls and alumni family and staff
  • 8:30-10:00 - Music and fun for all the girls

    Saturday, June 19th

  • 9:00 - breakfast for all alumni and all parents (current and alumni)
  • 9:30 - meeting introduction
  • 10:00-12:30 - workshops for all
  • 12:30-1:15 - lunch for all
  • 1:15-3:30 - Special activity for all girls, current and alumni
  • 1:15-3:30 - Concurrent workshops for parents/guardians
  • 3:30-5:00 - Family/Staff Softball game

    Saturday evening program

  • 6:00-9:30 - Dinner and special programming for all

    Sunday, June 20

  • 9:00 - brunch
  • 10:00 - Concurrent workshops/events for alumni & all parents (current & alumni)
  • 1:00 - Closing
  • 1:30 - Official end of weekend

    We will be having a Silent Auction available for viewing and bidding throughout Friday evening and all throughout the day on Saturday. The bidding will be allowed up until 8:45 on Saturday evening, which will be the closing of the auction. The proceeds from the silent auction will benefit the Alpine Academy scholarship fund.

    A block of rooms has been reserved at the Holiday Inn Express in Tooele. When calling to reserve your room, please mention that you are from Alpine Academy and would like to reserve one of the rooms that has been blocked off for Alpine. The rate is $90/night.
