The Gene Smith Home
4076 Droubay Road
Erda, UtahThis 6,500 square foot home is original to our campus location in Erda, Utah. The Smith Home is a lovely multi-level home built in the 1990's. Comfortably appointed and casually furnished, this home creates a calming, family-like setting for treatment to occur.
This home features five shared bedrooms, three bathrooms and a large kitchen and dining room located just off the great room. The girls can also enjoy a warm formal sitting room, large recreation room, and beautifully landscaped yard. A feature of this home is the large backyard deck, where the girls can view the beauty and splendor of the Oquirrh Mountains, as they address the difficult issues in their lives.
This home was named to honor the late Gene Kimball Smith. Her generous contribution to Utah Youth Village has underwritten much of the development costs at Alpine Academy.
